Delivery Information:

UK 
All orders over £25 will receive free shipping. All orders below the value of £25 will incur a standard shipping charge of £3.50 (this excludes packs of cards, card packs & envelopes, and also envelope packs due to their weight).

Shipping couriers:
Royal Mail – parcels below 2kg
Hermes – parcels above 2kg
Parcel Force – parcels above 10kg

Shipping couriers:

UPS or Parcel Force – parcels above 10kg

Refunds & Exchanges

You are responsible for the safe return of any products, as well as any costs incurred with doing this. It is strongly advised that any returns are sent with adequate insurance cover as we can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return.

Should you decide to return any products then you will be responsible for making sure items are returned safe and undamaged. We would recommend that you have cover in the event your return goes missing.

In the event that you receive damaged or incorrect goods, we will offer you a replacement item. If the item is unavailable. An alternative or a full refund. If the error was ours we will also refund any return delivery costs.
