How do I order?
At Amelia’s Creative Crafts shopping with us is simple & safe, browse our products and choose what you would like to purchase, these will automatically be added to your basket. Your basket can be amended, products deleted and quantities changed until you click to send the order to us. When you are ready click on the ‘Checkout’ button and follow the simple instructions to add your details to the form.
Finally, choose your preferred payment method. We accept a wide selection of credit and debit cards plus PayPal. You will receive an email to confirm your order details. you will also receive an email when your order is dispatched to you. Depending on the shipping method chose you can also track the progress of your order from Your Account.
Gift vouchers and discount codes.
You can apply gift cards or coupons in the appropriate field on the basket page.

We ship throughout the UK and worldwide.

Orders placed by 5 pm Monday – Friday will be shipped by the end of the next working day.

What happens if a product is out of stock
Whilst we strive to keep our stock count accurate, occasionally products are occasionally out of stock. If part of your order is out of stock, we may dispatch the items that are in stock right away and send the remaining items as soon as they are back in stock.
Alternatively, if there is a substitute product we may send the alternative. If there is a price difference we will refund the difference to you, and unless we agree on this with you, you won’t be charged if the alternative we select for you is more expensive.
If there is a question about the suitability of an alternative, or there is a large price difference or the item is likely to be out of stock for a while we may refund the item for you or contact you by phone or email to discuss things with you and to enable you to decide about whether you would like to choose something else or have a refund of the item.
When we have a sale, special offer, or other promotions and on newsletter days, due to volume, it may take an extra day to get your order out.
Shipping charges?
UK
All orders over £20 will receive free shipping. All orders below the value of £20 will incur a standard shipping charge of £3 (this excludes packs of card, card packs & envelope, and also envelope packs due to their weight).

Parcel Force – parcels above 10kg
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: EU
Inside EU £15 postage applies.
Outside EU £20 postage applies.

Can I pay online?
Our online payment system uses PayPal & Stripe. For maximum security, we do not store any of your payment details.
