How do I order?

At Amelia’s Creative Crafts shopping with us is simple & safe, browse our products and choose what you would like to purchase, these will automatically be added to your basket. Your basket can be amended, products deleted and quantities changed until you click to send the order to us. When you are ready click on the ‘Checkout’ button and follow the simple instructions to add your details to the form.

Finally, choose your preferred payment method.  We accept a wide selection of credit and debit cards plus PayPal. You will receive an email to confirm your order details. you will also receive an email when your order is dispatched. 

Gift vouchers and discount codes. 
You can apply gift cards or coupons in the appropriate field on the basket page.

Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the UK.

Dispatch time?
We aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving your order Tuesday -Saturday

What happens if a product is out of stock

Whilst we strive to keep our stock count accurate, occasionally products are occasionally out of stock.  If part of your order is out of stock, we may dispatch the items that are in stock right away and send the remaining items as soon as they are back in stock. 

When we have a sale, special offer, or other promotions and on newsletter days, due to volume, it may take an extra day to get your order out.

Shipping charges?

UK 
All orders over £45 will receive free shipping. All orders below the value of £45 will incur a standard shipping charge of £4.50

Royal Mail – standard second class 

Can I pay online?
Our online payment system uses PayPal & Stripe. For maximum security, we do not store any of your payment details.
